just as it is written here.

A.
Your purchase or purchases supports this site. We very much appreciate

Q. What is the return policy for downloads that are successfully
downloaded?
A. Inner Practice Timer™ wants you to be happy with your download. That is why we offer a 30-day, no-hassle, 100% refund if you are not satisfied.
From the date of purchase you have 30 days to examine, use, and try your download. If you are not delighted, just ask for a refund.
Q. What if I have problems completing the download?
A. Inner Practice Timer™ suggests trying one or more of
the following:
- Contact Inner Practice Timer™. We can provide you with
another opportunity to download. Please note that Inner Practice
Timer™ will need
either the transaction ID or PayPal receipt ID for your purchase.
- If you are using a dial-up connection, try downloading from
a computer connected to broadband. It is not required to download
the product onto the same computer used to make the purchase.
- Consider ordering a CD (hardcopy) version instead.
Q. Where can I get additional help troubleshooting download
issues to my computer?
A. Contact technical support for your Internet
Service Provider and/or your computer or operating system manufacturer.
Inner Practice Timer™ will issue a refund for any download charge if the download
was never successfully completed.
Q. What if I have problems playing the Silent Timer™ download
on my system or player?
A. Once the download has been completed and the audio
file is on your computer, you will need to refer to the application
instructions about the use of audio files on your specific operating
system or player.
Q. Does IPT have any suggestions regarding printing out
the jewel case insert cover with liner notes that downloads with
the Silent Timer™ mp3?
A. The jewel case insert of the cover and liner notes downloads
as a .pdf file and you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the
file and print it. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader you
can download it from the Adobe
website (it is a free download).
If you are printing onto Letter or A4 sized paper you may want
to consider selecting a “Landscape” orientation within
your printer’s options. Choosing a “Landscape” orientation
setting will allow for the entire .pdf file image to be printed
in its entirety. The jewel case insert will print out properly
sized to fit in a standard CD jewel case.
Q. Why are downloads less expensive than CDs?
A. The
simplest answer is that it costs us more to provide the hardcopy
CD than the download version.
