How the Silent Timer works: Track 1 – The 1:00 minute preparation track provides time for you to become settled and ready to begin your practice. This optional track consists of the high, clear, sound of Tingshaws struck three times. Tracks 2 through 13– Each track consists of 5 minutes of silence. You can play from 5 to 60 minutes of silence depending on which tracks you choose. Track 14– The 1:08 minute end track provides a gentle closure to your session with the sound of a Tibetan Singing Bowl struck three times. Click to view actual track listing.
